Alert! FuseMedML new version (master branch) introduces few minor backward compatibility breaks

FuseMedML was upgraded recently with:

• Optimization to maximize GPU utilization NDict optimization #271 and optimized train time for a use case of small samples and large batch #268
• DDP support ddp_fix #270
• Simipified installation, removing versions limitations torchvision version upper bound fix #254 and moving the examples package to be an optional builtin subpackage in Fuse make examples subpackage (fuse_examples) #277

As a result, you might encounter few minor break compatibility breaks, which we will list in this thread.

The installation process was changed:
When creating a new environment, just follow the instructions in the main README file.

fuse-med-ml/examples are expected to include only untracked files.
If those files are no longer important, delete fuse-med-ml/examples.
