Theme for secondary buttons (aka. btn-secondary) is missing #132

Currently, buttons carrying btn btn-sceondary appear as pure text as long as not hovered.

E.g. "Remove selected":

Left is normal, right is hovered.

EDIT: Just found out this is only true for Discoranged. The reason is here as @darkish is already used for backgrounds.
