USB Keyboard icons broken when using Themeify

Hi,

I use USB Keyboard plugin but when installed with Themeify, icons are borken.

This bug has already been reported on the Github issue page of USB Keyboard but the problem seems to come from Themeify, according to the author of the plugin :
barrettford/Octoprint-Usb_keyboard#15

The problem seems to come from Themeify not displaying Fontawesome icons.

My versions :
Octoprint 1.7.3
Themeify 1.2.2
USB Keyboard 0.2.6

Can you check, please ?

It works fine with the Nigthtime theme, however.
