Get rid of "Wall of text" questionnaire pages

This website is intended to simplify the rules and make them approachable. For the initial release of this website, I simply copied entire sections out of the rulebook, which doesn't solve the problem. The questionnaires shouldn't have walls of text. TODOs mark many of these areas that need simplification. I need to speak with an SCCA rules expert to really drill down each class into the y/n "bump" questions that are necessary. Only the bare essentials. All the details of the rulebook likely is not necessary for this website, as this is merely a guide, not an absolute authority.
