Correction for NSx.MetaTags.Datapoints when 'noread' is passed

This version corrects and issue where NSx.MetaTags.DataPoints == 0 when 'noread' was passed. .

Correction for proctime in NS6 files

This fix corrected an issue where data points were not counted if 'noread' parameter was passed. It also fixed an issue where some file types would not display their proper timestamp values.
