Dedicated alarm widget

This is different from #103
I'd like to propose a widget that the user can set to a specific alarm. The widget would allow to toggle that alarm on/off without going through the app.

The app "Alarm Clock with Big Buttons" does that if you want to check an example. I used to use that before it got updated to become "with big buttons", which I personally hate, but that's just stylistic a preference. Sadly the older version no longer works in newer android devices so I was looking for an alternative and this app looks promising.

I will try to do the widget myself, but my Java experience is quite limited and my Android experience specifically is non existent
