Add support to use complete touch surface as third key

Detailed Description

First thank's to all who are working on this project!

Is there a way to use the touch surface as a third key and to activate the display only automated (e.g by alarm or by a specific key).
In such a case I could use the display as a 6 button device (short and long press) or multi button functionallity by reading the touch status.
I would need it personally to use the display to show informations from the calendar (birthday, waste collection, ...) and to activate the relay also with the touch surface. By long pressing the touch I would activate the standard display functionallity.

I'm not sure if I fully understood your request.

No changes to the 2 hardware button (which you would be using to control the relays), but you wanna associate a short touch on the screen when it is sleeping to toggle some entity in Home Assistant, and only the long touch on the screensaver would wake-up the panel to the wake-up page.
Is that correct?

That's correct for my usage.
If we can define the action for short and long term pressing the touch equal for the 2 hardware buttons (or a function for multiple pressing/touching) then we can decide which entity is activated / switched / toggeled ..... and maybe the wake-up page can only be activated under additional HA entities.
