Allow configuration of mining AOE modules to be offset from center

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have an awakened supremium pickaxe with a 9x9 AoE augment installed but it's stuck on the center which makes mining awkward or you have to fly.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if this could be configured to either be centered or to be offset so it mines one block down from the targeted block and then the AoE expands upward. An example of this behavior can be found in the Mining Gadgets mod.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can't think of alternatives aside from angling upwards or mining while flying both of which feel awkward and clumsy (to me at least)

Additional context
I could also see this perhaps being a second augment you have to craft or some other requirement to get this convenience but it would be very appreciated to have this functionality.
