Cobbled Soulstone - unobtainable

Describe the bug
With the version 8.0.11 for 1.21.1 Neoforge, it is impossible to obtain Cobbled Soulstone when harvested with any pickaxe.

To Reproduce
Using any pickaxe without the silk touch enchantment, the soulstone only drops the smooth version, not the cobbled version.

Expected behavior
when harvested, player should receive cobbled soulstone
