When trying to take experience out of an experience capsule it gets stuck on one level and wont change.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Shift-Right click to unsuccessfully take out experience past current level

Expected behavior:
Next level reached and move up and so on

Versions (please complete the following information):

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.3.0
Cucumber:
Mystical Agriculture: 7.0.14
Singleplayer or Multiplayer: Multiplayer (Multiple players encountered bug)
