Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases.

Make sure your AV is off and there is nothing blocking the builder.
Now follow these steps:

1. Type Manage app execution aliases in the search box and click the result.
   

2. Disable every python related switches. (2 in my case, may be more in yours)
   

3. Go to https://python.org/downloads and download the latest one.

4. Install the new python from the installer you downloaded from the website
   (Must check the Add Python to PATH option while installing.)

Now retry building.
