Thought this was handled by AD via expiration, but I am being told it doesn't disable after the expiration date.

Waiting on POC on rules b4 doing individual opt-in setting since this could easily be a single rule.

Rules ain't happening for 1.3 so might just add and later remove a column in ADsettings table

Gonna just disable this feature for release and enable it in a later update, when I have time to try the rules idea.
