Use PEF impact categories

Problem

The current data model is unable to trace the compatibility of a tool with the european PEF (Product Environmental Footprint) standard.

Solution

Use impact categories instead of Impact category indicators in the "environmental indicator field", and populate the field with all PEF categories:

1. Rename the "environmental indicator" column title by "Impact categories"
2. Replace "ADPe (SBeq)" by "Resource use, minerals and metals"
3. Replace 'ADPf (MJ)" by "Resource use, fossils"
4. Replace "GWP (CO2eq)" by "Climate change, total"
5. Replace "Water depletion" by "Water use"
6. Add "Ozone depletion"
7. Add "Human toxicity, cancer"
8. Add Human toxicity, non-cancer"
9. Add "Particulate matter"
10. Add "Ionising radiation, human health"
11. Add "Photochemical ozone formation, human health"
12. Add "Acidification"
13. Add "Eutrophication, terrestrial"
14. Add "Eutrophication, freshwater"
15. Add "Eutrophication, marine"
16. Add "Ecotoxicity, freshwater"
17. Add "Land use"

Final energy, primary energy & Product Environmental Score are not PEF impact categories, I suggest to delete these values.
