Hi,
I am studying about chromosomes, more specifically the determination of centromeres in chromosomes and I want to find out how can you do that, but I can't download your file on dropbox link. Can someone help me, please

Dear Quanult, I do not understand how SV-Bay could help you in your task. The tool will help you to accurately predict genomic rearrangements..

Sorry for the late response, but I just want to know how you detemine the centromere (I shaw it from a part of your code, not the whole tool) by trying to run your project, so that I can consult from you or can you show me how you do that?

I guess we cannot do much to determine centromeres.. we just assume that regions with NNNN or low mappability are repeats about which we cannot say much.. are you sure you are looking at the right tool?

I just looking for a function that can determine centromeres from chromosomes and I though it might be in your program, by the way, thanks for helping me
