Does this work on static methods? #4

Or to put it another way, I tried setting this up to detect a static method usage with:

- addForbiddenMethod(Stripe\Stripe, setApiKey)

and it didn't seem to pick anything up. Is that more likely that I've mucked something up, or that the rule doesn't detect static method usage?
