I think it would be a nice addition if steam-using machines had an output for water, like a condenser that collects water from the steam used in processes. There could also be a vent for each machine that would drastically reduce or stop water from being collected, so that players who don't want to reuse water have that option. This would make for interesting automation with finite water as people will try to create closed-loop systems, there could possibly be a configurable loss on the water collected too.

Note to self - this could be implemented by converting the existing steam tank to a multifluidtank size locked to 2 fluids - steam in and water out. Implement at base level, for consistency.
