Communication between browser and pi fails intermittently on Safari. #42

As reported in this forum thread:

Using Safari on a Mac or iOS device, the connection between browser and Pi is unreliable. The LCD text is updated some times and fails to display other times.

Chome and FireFox work fine.

Based on your post, to fix this the install / update script would need to be updated to make the following changes?

In /etc/apache2/apache2.conf, if you change the KeepAliveTimeout from 5 to 99, the problem goes away.

KeepAliveTimeout 99
