Today the code has hard-coded mappings for different system configurations like single vessel, 3 vessel, HERMS, etc. We should instead let the user define which vessel is used for each brewing operation (heating strike water, heating sparge water, holding grains, boiling, holding HERMS water if relevant). In the new vessel implementation this is trivial, but it will need UI and a refactoring of the HWProfile system.
