Many users would like to personalize their home screen in the LCD.

This issue would add the ability for the user to specify a couple lines of custom text on the home-screen via configuration and the update tool.

The home-screen should still include a reference to BT and its version somewhere so that is not lost.

Moving to 3.0 as this is a nice enhancement, but not critical in any way
