FileID issues in CSVs from word segmentation process

Note: in the output from the last word segmentation run (word-segmentation/2023-02-06_wordlist-out.csv), there are issues in the FileID column. Most entries begin with whitespace (' ', not visible in the GitHub table view) and some, like 'bleh0003.xml', include .xml where they should not. Need to identify what in IIP_create_word_CSV.xsl led to these errors.
