This PR addresses a Swift compiler error in the
handlePacUrlfunction within theSwiftFlutterSystemProxyPlugin.swiftfile. The error was caused by the inability to convert anUnmanaged<CFRunLoopSource>to the expected argument typeCFRunLoopSource?.Changes:
handlePacUrlfunction to correctly convert theUnmanaged<CFRunLoopSource>toCFRunLoopSource?using thetakeUnretainedValue()method.This fix ensures that the code compiles successfully and the proxy configuration is handled correctly.
