Output video frame rate problem, frame loss, video time becomes longer. The video is 29.97 FPS, the output is set to 60 FPS, but the final video output is 47 FPS (47.68350 FPS)

Depending on the method you use, it can create variable new frames instead of X2/X3/X4.
