有的时候翻译效果不理想，想要重新翻译。

解决方案

增加“强制重新翻译”选项和“清理缓存”选项。

后端核心已支持忽略缓存重新翻译，前端webui没有暴露出来。可以暴露一个选项出来。
清理缓存的话，后端cache也得对应调整，babeldoc+pdf2zh两边都要改一下，往后放放后面再弄。
