As requested by @HKay , @cfr34k , @sqozz and others, beetwerk should be able to handle music that is not in a database such as discogs or musicbrainz. This is important for @sqozz real underground shit (basically youtube remixes) and full DJ sets that have multiple songs mixed together in one two-hour-long file.

some more preparation code for issue #6. There's still a lot to do:
* create functions that ask the user for specific meta data
* write the metadata back
* re-think the import flow
