No.

Describe the solution you'd like
As mixed models will have to include some additional subject information, the respective parts should be gather from the participants.tsv file in the BIDS root and merged with the concatenated mindboggle output file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be to provide an external file in tabular format containing the respective information.
