[TrustTree] Migrate to new DNS Coffee API #20

The TrustTree visualization is currently using the old API and is preventing me from deprecating it.

Moving to the new API will allow the TrustTree tool to continue working once the old API is turned off.

Your commit message was fixes #20 which will auto close issue #20 (this issue) once committed.

Augh I was merging in from your fork and it apparently uses all your commit messages (for different issue numbers) and applied it to this repo. That seems...maladaptive.
