For functional connectivity matrix construction, it is now preferable to use surface-based analysis pipelines, i.e., so-called cifti or fsLR space. However, different parcellations are in different spaces (see this article), and Shen 268 nodes parcellation is based on MNI space. Now there is not so well-suited conversion between different spaces without reduction of accuracy.
Since I have already used fsLR space, Shen 268 nodes parcellation will be missing for now. Given time, I show results from volume-based Shen 268 nodes parcellation.
