The CI run [markdown-link-ccheck](https://github.com/tcort/markdown-link-check] with the following pattern: docs/**/*.md.

This runs only on the following files in docs:

docs/algorithms/index.md
docs/applications/index.md
docs/guides/index.md

Excluding all the .md files in the guides.
