Hide DAT Template preview button if only PDF templates or no A2J template #270

Request to hide the "Open Document Preview" button if there are only PDF templates associated with the interview. This would also apply if no A2J templates at all (like anx passed to HotDocs or another backend tool).

Alternatively, only show the preview button when there is a text template.
