Accepted Criteria:

  • [ ]Create a Postgres Server with one private facing database for engineers using Terraform.
  • [ ]DevOps Engineers can decide the name of the db (i.e. reportvisiondb)
  • [ ]Latest version of postgres is fine
  • [ ]Work with engineers to test new database to ensure it is working properly in dev

This ticket will not require DevOps to create the schema for the database.
