orcid id listed for wrong contributor

Pilot member reports an issue in the 'Upload Plan' section: after entering contributor 'Martins, P, Emilia' ORCID number, it was listed instead for the other contributor, 'Rivera, A, Julio'. User stated they corrected it themself, and could not verify exact steps taken.
