Plan Details page locks editing information even if no plan was selected

Describe the bug
After canceling a search for a grant, the details page behaved as if I had picked one and gotten information

To Reproduce

1. Create a new plan in the DMP tool
2. Say you have a funder
3. Find a real one and select it
4. Enter some search terms like you're looking for it
5. Hit the Cancel button at the bottom of the page
6. Go to the Plan Details page
7. Try to edit information
8. Observe that you cannot, stating the information was from your funder, even though it isn't

Expected behavior
I expect this page to be editable since it's all information I edited

It is possible to click Unlock and Edit here, so the workaround is easy. Just would make sense to change the behavior at some point.
