Make spreadsheet of COKI related works links for partner review

We have matches to potential related works by COKI that will take some time to get into the DMP Tool. In the interest of having pilot partners able to review them before the end of the year, we should look at if it's easy to put into a spreadsheet format (e.g. with each university a sheet, each row a DMP, and then columns for potential related works) so they can confirm or reject if those are related to that DMP or not.

I put this as 1 day because we don't want to spend too long on it, but if we can get it within 1 day of total work time, let's do this so we can have them review in December. Becky can help with spreadsheet formatting if the info is there in a structured way.
