Enter an email of another user in the Merge Users box
Click Search
Observe that after a brief loading icon, nothing happens
Expected result: The merge user flow comes up allowing you to archive one user and move their plans into another account.
This is happening on both Stage and Prod
I had 3 tickets come in today about wanting to merge accounts, though as I was responding I believe they're all talking about the same user with 2 accounts. So just one current case but they come up regularly so we should fix.

Medium priority - we should look into it within the next few days at least to know what a fix would take, but don't need to dop everything, stay late, etc.
