Move from stable version 3.8.4 to current version 3.9.3
There have been many bug fixes in current version. Hopefully, this will address Server issue we see in ZK

Zookeeper uses Puppet module, so upgrade should be a simple matter of updating the version number in Puppet. Must ensure that existing configuration files are supported in new version.

Start with Stage workers

Server software now on Stage.
Still need to change client software
