I'm wondering about the text "Poet in Index of Poets" and "Poet in the News" being headings. I could see a semantic argument for those lines of text being heading but I'd think we would want to style them to be a "bold paragraph" or something less prominent.
For the index poet page, the headings order isn't semantically accurate.
I don't know how important it is to address this right now!

WAITING till after other changes, we want to get the visual changes made first, and perhaps wait to see if we will stay in rails
