vocabularies: improve display of the experiments

We should discuss how to display experiments on both deposit form and landing page. Now, we have also description and link to the home page of an experiment in the vocabulary list, which would be nice to display somehow on the UI.

Deposit form now:
we have the dropdown with short values of experiments, which might not be very descriptive. Maybe makes sense to add a small description in grey for each option (if description is present)?

Landing page now:
we have the generic link to https://greybook.cern.ch/experiment/list . Maybe makes sense to display the direct link to experiment home page, if it is provided in a vocabulary? If it is not provided, keep the greybook link
