We need to create a script or cronjob task that iterated through all published records and ensures that files are not missing or report otherwise.

The amount of "missing" videos can be found with the query: https://videos.cern.ch/search?page=6&size=21&q=duration:%2200:00:00%22%20AND%20NOT%20_files.context_type:%22master%22#
