Not sure if this is the best place to leave potential ideas, but the bug causing the rotation center to be offset got me thinking. It would be nice if there were an option when using the widget to rotate Contours edge loops around the mouse position in screen space when the widget operation is started rather than always using the center. A simple key toggle could turn it on and off. When placing low poly joints for fingers, elbows, knees, etc. it would be really helpful to be able to start rotation from the edge of the loop, for example, rather than rotating from the center and repositioning with the transform widget.
