Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Working on #103, I noticed that other SQL tables are also needed to be reviewed and SQL indexes should be added. I added them only to the tables related to Orders.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add SQL indexes for columns like customer_id.

Yes please add other indexes you see as necessary.
