How can I contribute by creating pull request when I cannot push my changes under a branch?

Tried to push my changes to a branch. Got below error:

$ git push --set-upstream origin error_loading_when_propertylist_is_empty
ERROR: Permission to CHUKWUKA-EMI/PropertyForagerApp.git denied to naidu.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
