Having issues with loading mods and not getting any errors.

Been trying to get mods working in BG3, but i just can't do it. I have tried with several mods and the latest was an simple dice set (Ice Dice) with no requirements, also tried with both Standard and no json (Dice has 1 json and one pak).

Done 3 full runs on windows without mods, so i don't know if there appears an mods button or menu. But i looked everywhere in the main menu and in game and i can't find anything, also when dice mod was "installed" i tried rolling and standard dice was displayed.
