Create a poll feature in the draft post section

In the draft post section, there will be an icon to create a poll within the draft. This poll feature will allow the user to input up to [2...?] options. Once posted, users will be able to interact with the post and vote on an option. The poll will accurately represent the votes through UI.

Acceptance criteria: The poll feature will be visible and clickable in the menu options of draft post. The poll settings can be created and changes by drafter. the poll can be interacted with by any user on the channel. The poll accurately reflects percentages and votes.
