Description
Place the "Reply Anonymously" checkbox next to the "Quick Reply" button in the question submission form. Ensure that the checkbox is styled consistently with other form elements and clearly visible to the user. Pass the value of the checkbox (true/false) to the backend through the form submission to indicate whether the reply should be anonymous.

Acceptance Criteria: The "Reply Anonymously" checkbox is positioned to the right of the "Quick Reply" button in the question submission form.
