Haydar's Progress

This is a page to document the progress made throughout the project group timeline.

18.09.2019 - Openstack Installation - Installed Openstack on backflip9 VM.

19.09.2019 - Connected OSM to openstack. VNFs are deployed correctly, but unable to communicate with.

20.09.2019 - Working on solving connection issues of openstack instances with the outside word. Changed openstack gateway configuration.

21.09.2019 - Changed Openstack IP pool to try and obtain IPs from uni pool, did not work.

22.09.2019 - Reinstalling openstack on VM2 and VM9 again, will have two openstack installations to allow for one to remain stable while working. Will also try a new networking configuration (assign local IP address only)

23 & 24.09.2019 - Openstack is working on backflip9 - OSM is connecting successfully.

25 & 26.09.2019 - Working on deploying a net. using the new openstack - Problem with charm.

27, 28, 29.09.2019 - Working on finding what the problem is with charm VNF.

30.09.2019 - Configured SSH to automatically use jump server from backflip3, still no luck.
