M158 Fall 2016: init

This is a barebones release to get the course going, including most of the materials.
The course will be developed further as the semester goes on, with relevant updates incrementally rolled in for the Tolman lab.

This release is in the format of a Max package, and should be installed in
~/Max\ 7/Packages
