I removed this from the teros script:

if(DEBUG || Sys.getenv("CI") == "TRUE") {
  # We are debugging, or running in GitHub Actions
  # To speed things up, pick a random file to process
  files <- sample(files, 1)
}

because then the plotting errors. Keep it simple for now, but keep in mind for the future.
