Inventory: what is 'JS_codes'? #94

In the tree inventory data there's a column JS_codes that's not documented in the README file; entries are blank, or "SP", or "SP, IR". What is this? The README file needs updating to explain this.

These are Jess Shue's codes/ notes I believe. We should integrate these into the appropriate existing column and remove it ideally.
