Have values in the email and password boxes persist after a failed registration

This has been mentioned by a few people as a big annoyance

Not only failed registration, but maybe failed log-in too; do browsers do that automatically?

Not automatically usually. Its reasonably easy, when we are checking we can
pass the values that are correct onwards to the redirect.
