Originally opened as CPSSD/cerberus#268

Currently we enforce that output keys must be valid file names, but there are many examples where you would not want this to be the case, such as counting the occurrences of urls in a set of documents.

We should think about how to fix this. Perhaps we should change to one output file per reduce partition.
